Complaints and Suggestions
All complaints have to be addressed to the proprietor or any senior Staff in writing. Verbal complaints may not be addressed.
The process commences within 7 working days of the formal lodgement of the complaint and supporting information and all reasonable measures are taken to finalise the process as soon as practicable. Depending on the seriousness of the complaint action can be taken immediately.
